Looking for a Senior Java Developer/Architect superstar to build enterprise applications for major customers in the financial, government, and services sectors using the latest IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies.

Also an enterprise software company that develops and markets "Encapture" - currently running in production on thousands of endpoints for major financial institutions and government entities.

Be an expert Java coder.

Strong independent research skills - learn new technologies quickly and evaluate their fit as a solution to technical and business challenges.

Lead the definition and execution of business solution technical requirements, design, testing and support.

Learn new technologies quickly and evaluate their fit as a solution to technical and business challenges.

Support fellow team members and the success of the team overall in delivering quality and value to customers.

Represent with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Continually develop skill sets.

Skills and Experience

The Senior Developer will have strong technical skills across web services development environments. The developer joining our great team should have strong independent research and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working either independently or as a member of a larger development team.

Minimum 10+ years professional experience as a hands-on Java application developer.

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Demonstrated abstract thinking and strong design skills.

Strong Web development including JavaScript skills and experience with any of the JavaScript frameworks - Dojo, ExtJS, jQuery, Angular, etc.
Basic understanding of SQL (prefer SQL Server and/or Oracle
Strong OO methodology: particularly encapsulation, use of interfaces and re-usability.
Experience expressing designs using UML or other modeling language.
Demonstrated abstract thinking and strong design skills .
Documentation skills - authoring, editing, reviewing requirements completeness.
IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum, and/or Kofax experience is a plus.
Experience with multiple environments, versions and package interfaces a plus.
Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
Advanced time management and multi-tasking skills.
