Required Skills:
84 Months Experience in application development using J2ee framework with JSF and AJAX.
84 Months Experience using SPRING/SPRING MVC/SPRING security.
72 months Experience using Hibernate, myBATIS/iBATIS or other Object Relational Mapping framework.
84 Months Experience in programming Oracle WebLogic Java applications from specifications expressed by use cases, documentation, class diagrams, interaction diagrams and sequence diagrams.
48 Months Experience of administration and development on IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliance
72 Months Experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions.
72 months Experience with development of Web services, including SOAP based and RestFul based implementations.

Project: Safe Drinking Water Information System Redesign and various Health Cluster projects within the agency.
Description: The Center for Environmental Health uses SDWIS to track public water system information related to compliance with state and federal drinking water regulations. It is also used for mandatory data transmittal to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA As it currently exists, SDWIS is outdated and unsupported by the EPA and its contractor, SAIC. At the direction of the Governor’s Office, NYS Department of Health (DOH), NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) will work to redesign SDWIS and to develop an inter-agency platform to share and analyze information on water quality and contamination risks.
Responsibilities:
Design & develop Java web applications for Oracle WebLogic Servers.
Design & develop SOAP and REST web services.
Providing maintenance & support for live applications & services.
Application Server Tasks: Deploying applications & web services, creating data sources
Develop object relational mapping using ibatis frameworks to access back-end Oracle databases.
Develop Oracle WebLogic applications using JSP ,JavaScript libraries and template frameworks.
Designing and developing Oracle database objects such as tables, triggers, and stored procedures for the applications. Write PL/SQL against Oracle RAC for use by web applications.
Communicating with users & stakeholders. Communicate with Business Analysts to acquire requirements.
Documentation: Preparing various documents like user documents, process flow diagrams and database schema diagrams.
Performs black box testing of web applications developed by other staff members.
Attend and lead joint application design sessions with other staff members.
