Duration : 3+ months (Contract)
Job Description:
1. provide engineering and configuration activities to assist with deploying IPcenter ITSM system deployment.
2. Preferred background
3. History with ITSM tools engineering and technologies across multiple engagements.
4. Senior resource capable of quickly understanding requirements and contribute to project.
5. Multiple engagements with ITSM tools like IPcenter, CA Service Desk, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy or other tools.
6. Capable of understanding simple and complex SQL statements,
7. Specific Degree/Certifications
8. Bachelors of Computer Science, certifications in systems like NimSoft, BMC Patrol, ServiceNow, CA Service Desk and BMC Remedy are desired
