Job Description :
This role will report to the Senior Manager of OSS. The position entails the development of BMC ITSM Remedy applications and implementation of new functionality including forms, workflow, notifications, filters, escalations, menus, and other related components. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of server and network infrastructure, preferably in a software development context. Use cases such as automated provisioning, service level test and measurement and triggering automated recovery actions will greatly aid in the development of the APIs.

The position may include the mentoring of more junior developers, as well as daily interaction with management on progress, issues, and ideas.

Experience with OSS tools
- 5-7 years of functional & development knowledge of BMC ITSM Remedy Software modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SRM , SLM and BMC Smart IT
- Using BMC Remedy Developer Studio to customize forms, fields, overlay, workflows and related system components
- Experienced in designing, developing, testing and deploying custom Remedy application and workflow enhancements per business requirements.
