Must have prior experience as an IT project manager implementing a large corporate telephony project.
Experience taking over project mid-flight desired.
Strong leadership skills required.
A self-starter, go getter is a must.
Requires strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
Primary position is located in Redmond WA.
Managing IT scope, schedule, and budget.
Financial management including vendor contracts, accruals, and invoice management.
Running meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team standups, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings.
All IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking.
IT delivery milestone coordination with other inflight projects.
Strong issues & risk management skills will be required.

Project Description and Details:
The following deliverables are in scope for this effort:
The project will refresh the hardware infrastructure for both the Access Center UCCE (Cisco) infrastructure and the corporate telephony infrastructure and deploy it in 2 new datacenters with enhanced HA and load-balancing.
The UCCE system will be upgraded to v11.6 to maintain currency and supportability.
The project will replace the current softphone application in the Call Center (IP Communicator) with Jabber, and federate it with the Corporate Call Manager so that agents can use one client for phone and IM/Presence.
To lower costs and provide greater capacity, the project will implement inbound/outbound SIP trunking for the Access Center and corporate telephony.
