Job Title: Senior HR Technical / Solutions Architect
Location: Raleigh – on-site
Duration: 3 month contract that will likely renew

Description:
The role is responsible for delivering a 2-4 year HR technology roadmap that is aligned with HR strategies and the HR business capability blueprint. The role will provide thought leadership across the HR organization to ensure consistent and standard solution design, solutions integration, and scalability to support a large and growing business. The HR technology roadmap will support and inform HR strategies and services.
The role will provide thought leadership and experience on HR technology solution options, architecture design, data management and integration strategy, and implementation considerations.
The role will be part of a diverse team, working collaboratively with HR consultants, Centers of Excellence teams (Recruiting, Development, Compensation, Benefits, etc, operations & technology teams, business architects, and leaders to design the HR technology roadmap. The role will work in collaboration with a broad group of stakeholders to ensure the HR technology roadmap is architected with a clear understanding of dependencies, connections, and potential risks.
Success will be measured by your ability to design a multi-year roadmap that can be transitioned into tangible solutions to support the realization of our HR strategies.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Analyzes business requirements to determine and recommend solution design based on current architecture strategy
Analyzes the HR IT environment and HR solutions architecture to identify critical dependencies and recommend opportunities for improvement
Analyzes technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential insights for HR and the business
Develops a roadmap of the evolution of the HR application portfolio from current to future state (informed by the HR solutions architecture and HR capability blueprint)
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software solutions, as well as the design of standard software configurations
Collaborates with other solution architects and project leaders to identify drivers and triggers that require a modification of the solution architecture based on project and business requirements
Identifies the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, technology, information) and financial impact of recommended solution architecture
Identify priorities based on integration of HR strategies considering dependencies, risks, and leverage points
Facilitate decisions based on how the organizational impact affects others and promote approaches to identify a shared purpose across multiple stakeholders
Work closely with the Project Management Team and IT Teams to ensure alignment of plans with future delivery schedules
Document all work in easy to understand and consume formats

Required Skills
12+ years of experience in solutions architecture with functional expertise in the HR functional domain
5+ years of experience in architecture or strategy and process design
5+ years of experience in an HR function and services (e.g., HRM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Training/Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll)
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information systems or similarly related field of study required
Knowledge of and experience with HR processes, cloud environment, information management, and large-scale HR technical projects
Experience with various HRIS solutions (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, others)
Demonstrated ability to consult with all levels of leadership across the organization
Expertise in facilitating various strategy approaches, methodologies, and frameworks
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguities and operating in a fast-paced environment
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into consumable frameworks and concepts to facilitate key decision-making and set future direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
