Support project on Genesys Platform

Must Have Skills:
At least 2 Year of Experience in Genesys PureEngage Cloud Solution (Designer, GRAT, GAX etc) or At least 3 Years of Experience on Genesys Platform (on-premises)
At least 3 Years of Experience in Implementation of Intelligent Queuing and Routing Solution
Experience in Queue based Routing Program Transformation will be preferred
At least 3 Years of Experience in IVR Development, Call Flow, UI, Rule Engine and Reporting

Responsibilities:
At least 3 Years of Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
At least 3 Years of Experience in Project life Cycle Activities on Development and Maintenance Projects.
Ability to Work in Team in Diverse Multiple Stakeholder Environment
Experience and Desire to Work in a Global Delivery Environment
