Title: Senior ETL Developer
Location: El Segundo, CA
Looking for an ETL Developer with strong Data Modeling experience in Logical and Physical Modeling for a highly scalable and available platforms.
· Good understand of the dimensional/relational modeling techniques
· Excellent experience in requirement gathering, Gap Analysis from both functional and technical perspectives
· Strong experience in design, development, implementation, administration troubleshooting and support of ETL process using Informatica
· Designed and developed the ETL process using Informatica tool
· Expertise with Performance tuning of Informatica sessions for large data files by increasing block size, data cache size, sequence buffer length and target based commit interval
· Worked on performance tuning, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks on various levels like sources, targets, mapping
· Experience in designing, developing and implementing extraction, transformation and load techniques on multiple database platforms and operating system environments
· Developed all mapping, session and workflows according to the design need
· Extensive experience in implementation of data clean-up procedure, transformations, scripts and execution of test plan for loading the data successfully into the target
· Excellent analytical, programming and communication skills
· Financial industry expertise a strong plus
