Job Description:

Summary: - Looking for a Dynamic & Self Driven Team player to help us build and Manage our Corporate Salesforce initiatives. The work involves heavy ETL in an Onshore / Offshore setup along with Communicating, Managing & Setting Expectations with both the Agile teams as well as Internal Stake-Holders for the project.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 10 + Years of Data Warehousing Experience

· 7 + Years of Strong development experience with IBM Infosphere DataStage

· 3 + Years of DataStage 8.7 or Higher

· 5 + Years of DataStage Parallel Job Design

· 7 + Years of writing complex SQL, PL/SQL queries around Data Analysis, Data Lineage & Reconciliation in Oracle

· 5 + years of creating Data Lineage documents, Source to Target (STM) Mapping documents and Low Level Technical Specification Documents

· 4 + Years of design and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/data marts.

· Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

· Strong Communication Skills with an ability to simplify complex designs for Developers to code.

· Well versed with Agile Methodology and proven experience in working on an Agile Scrum Team

Desired Skills/Experience:

· Life Insurance Industry Experience a plus

· Keen ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

· Experience working in an On-site/Off-site Development Model

· Sales Force Experience is a huge plus

· Informatica in the Cloud ® Experience is a plus.
