Required qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
4 years and above IT Experience
Superior problem solving and analytical skills related to hardware and software solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer service focus
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Proven skills with creating technical documentation
Experience with Project Management skills
Must have proven skills with drive for results and strong consulting skills
Availability to provide on-call support on a rotational basis
Experienced in .Net development and Microsoft stack
SQL Knowledge and Experience
Experience with one or more RDMS (Oracle and SQL Server etc
Understanding of ETL workflows
Experience with Reports/Visualization/BI Platforms – Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft (Excel/Power BI)
Integrations with o365 toolsets (Power BI, Flow, power apps)
