JOB Title: Senior ERP Analyst
Location: Long Beach, CA (Locals Preferred)
Duration: 6+ Months
Interview: PS & Skype (or) Face to Face
* Looking for a Senior Analyst with Kronos and Taleo Experience
* Provides application support and development of JD Edwards
Enterprise Resource Planning system
Essential Functions:
Performs CNC (Configurable Network Computing) activities as below:
* Provides on-call production support
* Monitors the system and debugs issues
* Installs and configures web servers
* Installs and configures application servers and deployment servers
* Performs SQL activities
* Maintains JDE user security, user profiles, tasks, and views
* Performs workflow maintenance
* Performs package builds and deployment
* Provides application security: row, column, application, processing
option security, batch application, and posting security
* Creates and maintains additional job queues
* Installs electronic software upgrades and application software
upgrades
* Supports installation of OneWorld FAT clients
* Performs user requirement studies, design, analysis, development of
technical specifications, custom reports, custom applications, programming,
implementations, integration, documentation, testing, training, and
post-production support
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office Products)
* Good organizational skills
* Good problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Ability to assess and evaluate internal processes for improvement
opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to abide by Company policies
* Ability to maintain attendance, to support required quality and
quantity of work

* Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work
relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field
OR
Equivalent Experience
* 5+ years progressive experience in Information Systems, with an
understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and knowledge of
Integrated business and System processes
* JD Edwards OneWorld 8.12, E9, SQL Server, Oracle DB, WebLogic
applications
* JD Edwards Z - Process knowledge
* Taleo and Kronos is mission critical, per the items below:
* Experience as SME for configuration in Taleo - supports all of
recruiting and onboarding, for their questions and issues in Taleo
* Experience as SME for Kronos - SME for Kronos testing and user
documentation; will be involved in the Kronos 8.0 upgrade
