Job Description :
Sr .NET Lead (Generally Lead means more of coordination activities in the market sense but here they are looking at both that can coordinate the activities with excellent communication skills and perform hands-on coding

Senior level - Hands on coding experience is a MUST
10+ yrs. of exp.
Understand .NET patterns and architecture and ways of building applications
Expertise in backend applications (SOA, messaging, Database skills, WCF, Security) needed for integration work stream.
Feels compelled to codebase and long-term health of the source code
Code review and potentially upfront work that will be handed to offshore teams
Solid database work experience
Understand the business perspective and help relate to his work environment.

Skills: Microsoft full stack with emphasis on back-end coding, MVC, .NET, C#, SQL. Etc.
