Urgent requirement for Senior .Net Developers with Azure Cloud - @ Richmond, VA

Role : Senior .NET Developer with Azure

Location : Richmond, VA

Start date : ASAP

Duration : 12+ months

Experience level: 10+ years in IT





Description:

Develop a REST API using C#, that will be hosted in Azure. This API will receive requests to retrieve customer information for specific customers in the Customer Data Mart in Teradata. Once complete, the candidate will document the API, and mentor associate teammates to maintain support.


Qualifications:

Experienced with hands on development of REST API Endpoints using .NET preferably in Azure
Extensive understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming
Knowledge of Cloud Services best practices and REST API development best practices
Experienced in troubleshooting and monitoring published processes from Cloud Services environment.
Experienced in developing high quality extensible and reusable code solutions and API Framework.
Experienced in continuous integration and deployment.


Preferred:

Hands on experience writing Teradata SQL to retrieve data
Experience developing in an AGILE and collaborative environment
Experience in Test Driven Development
