Mandatory Technical Skills:
1. Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use
2. Use Microsoft .NET Framework and a supported programming languages like Visual C#, Web API, Web services, WCF, SQL Server, Oracle database
3. Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design
4. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
5. Support, maintain, and document software functionality
6. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
7. Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
8. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
9. Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
10. Willing to work on off-shore coordination
