Job Description:
Code, test and implement ASP .Net pages in TDLR’s Architectural Barriers System (TABS The pages and functionality have been designed. There may be design changes and Worker should be able to work with TDLR employees and Systems Analyst to update design specifications and documentation. The system developed will need to pass TDLR security standards for an external facing web application, and comply with State accessibility standards for web applications.

Onsite parking at the primary location is not available. However, this location is accessible to public transportation, and contract parking garages and limited metered street parking are available in the general area.

II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
5 C#
5 Developing web applications with emphases on responsive, secure, accessible websites.
5 Experience writing clean, well commented code.
4 HTML5
4 .Net development 4.5.x or greater, including MVC and Entity Framework.
4 Developing web applications using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later, including stored procedures.
2 JavaScript
2 CSS
2 Experience writing and consuming web services and APIs
2 Experience working with source control.
1 Experience using the Repository pattern.

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Experience working in a State/Federal government environment.
2 Experience working with Team Foundation Server 2015.
2 Experience working in an Agile environment
2 Experience using Bootstrap
2 Experience migrating legacy data into MSSQL Serer using SSIS or other methods.
1 Experience with TDLR programs a plus.
