Senior Desktop Support Analyst - on behalf of our client, a growing midstream company, Procom Services is looking for on (1) Senior Desktop Support Analyst. The successful candidate will have Strong experience remotely supporting desktop machines in a field environment, specifically in an Oil and Gas environment.

Senior Desktop Support Analyst Job Details
The primary responsibility for this position will be working with the Station HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Support Team as well as compressor and pump station personnel to image, ship, and track industrial control system assets (PCs, monitors, and printers The primary duties of this position include image deployment to PCs, software configuration, QA windows updates, and asset tracking & replacement. The candidate must have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well the ability to work well with departments and field personnel. Experience with industrial control systems is a plus.
Performs break-fix and troubleshooting support of control system HMI workstation, server and network platforms.
Identifies and ensures cyber security risks, are managed and escalated to Operations, Engineering / Control System Management.
Provides safe, operable, and efficient equipment designs that align with safety standards, policies and procedures.
Senior Desktop Support Analyst Mandatory Skills
Strong Networking Knowledge
TCP-IP routing, including port management and firewall rules
DNS and DHCP troubleshooting
Desktop support role working with a 24/7 production environment
Desktop image capture and deploy
Windows desktop hardware/software configuration
Understanding of Active directory and Group policy objects
Remote support experience
