The candidate will be required to work 100% On-site, full-time for 40 hours per week.

JOB Overview: Strong communication skills who can work with multiple personalities and keep the client updated on all changes made. Strong software development skills in Delphi programming v.10.2 Tokyo or higher. This position is response for development and upgrades. This project is working with a Health Inspection programming using remote forms. They will be responsible for development, upgrades, and project management - the project is currently well defined so the person needs to come in and execute the approved plan. Will utilize JIRA to track all their work in the system, tracking details of the completed parts of the project. Currently there is a good portion of information in the system. This person needs to be the resident expert, self-directed, keep excellent records, get involved with some of the QA - limited more on leadership level. Looking for 6+ years of exp. Deadline oriented individual is a must.
Tools and Technologies required:
OS: Windows
PROGRAMMING LANG/DVLPMT TOOLS: Delphi v.10.2, Sr. level exp. .NET exp is a bonus.
DB SYSTEMS/ TOOLS: Oracle v. 12 or higher
FRAMEWORKS/SLDS/METHODOLOGIES: Utilize waterfall or Agile methodologies
QA/TESTING-APPROACHES, APPS: Support and monitor at leadership level.
