Description :
Senior Dayforce HCM Business Analyst with atleast 10 years of relevant experience, including 5-7 years as an HR business analyst
At least 3 years Ceridian Dayforce applications expertise including Base HR, Benefits, and On-boarding is preferred
Experience with systems which include modules in recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, workflow, benefit interfaces, other system interfaces and reporting is required.
Configuration of the system for effective use and work with the other systems, benefit providers, accounting, payroll and IT teams
Ensure that any changes made to the system on the HR side does not cause issues for benefit providers, payroll and or any other interfaces
Testing methods development and test script generation.
Reporting and form generation experience required.
Provide both functional and technical expertise and direction as it relates to the HCM systems including base HR, benefits, performance management, compensation, on-line learning and other related systems.
Work with the payroll team to ensure that proper information is being transmitted to the Dayforce payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, etc.
Work with the IT team to ensure that a feed is being provided to interface with SAP.
Work with the Manager, Benefits & Compensation to ensure that proper feeds are being provided to the benefit providers and inform the benefit’s team if error messaging occurs.
Be the project lead on all Dayforce upgrades, work with the HR team to ensure testing is performed and up-grades and releases are explained to the team.
Plan and manage internal training.
Organize and lead projects of varying scope and complexity.
Design and deliver new solutions, refine and enhance existing processes, and establish effective data gathering and reporting mechanisms.
Interact frequently with other Human Resource staff, Finance, IT and Payroll to provide sustaining support as required.
Look for ways to automate and improve process and move toward “Complexity Simplified” in all areas.
