Job Description :
Logical Data Modeling:

Domain knowledge of Banking with at least 2+ years of Wholesale and Retail Products or HR and GL systems
6-8 years’ Experience in Data Warehouse and Data Mart applications
5+ Years of Conceptual and Logical Data Modeling
Data Demand Analysis to determine existing data vs new data
Add new data elements to Data Model
Create and publish TRL(target record layout) for source data acquisition
Work with SIT, UAT, ETL and DQP teams to socialize the data model/TRL changes
Troubleshoot problems faced by SIT & UAT testing teams provide solutions


Physical data Modeling:

5+ Physical Data Modelling & Ensure fitness of Data model
Develop source to target mappings (TRL(target record layout) to physical data models)
Ensure and track model deployments across all the environments/swim lines
Work’s with PMO to align the changes to SDLC
Provide walk through’ s & Publishing the changes to all technology teams before every release rollout
Troubleshoot problems faced by SIT & UAT testing teams provide solutions
Acts as a steward in onsite and offshore teams, make sure everyone is aligned to the process
PROD support on identified issues when required
Managing versioning repository
Act as effective communicator, work with different teams and Testing partners on issues
Very proficient with SQL to investigate and analyze the data Loading/transformation issues.
