Engagement Description
- Provide support mainly on building analytical records for Use Cases in advanced analytical area. With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities. Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution.
Top 4 Required Skills/Experience
- MUST HAVE exceptional SQL capabilities using database client tools like SQL Developer or Toad
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in one or more Hadoop projects Spark, Hive, Impala
- One-year experience in R or Python language
- One-year experience in UNIX shell scripting
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Experience in UNIX shell scripting
- Experience with client data or healthcare data is preferred.
- Experience in one or more Hadoop modules HDFS, YARN, MapReduce
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Math, Statistics or Information technology
Other skills:
- Minimum 2 years'' experience in one or more Hadoop projects HBase, Hive, Pig, Spark, Sqoop
- Experience in UNIX shell scripting
- Knowledge of R, Phython
