Education Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science/Economics/Business or Engineering

Technical Skills
7+ years hands-on data analytics experience with proven quantitative orientation
Fluent in SQL and proficient in efficiently querying large databases
Experience in data mining, ETL methodologies: Sourcing, Defining, Normalizing, View creation and Automation, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
Skilled in analytic and reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Excel)
Exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills
Ability to develop insightful data visualization/story telling for business leaders

Soft Skills
Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment. - Excellent communication skills - oral & written - Ability to talk in business terms, not just technical terms.
