Senior Cyber Security Analyst
Location: Jupiter, FL
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.

Must: SECURITY (4+), NEI 08-09, NEI 13-10 and recent energy domain experience

Responsibilities:
Provide cyber security support to the Nuclear Division (ND);
Develop / maintain ND cyber security processes and procedures;
Participate in the development of cyber security solutions to meet corporate standards and/or NRC Cyber Security Standards;
Troubleshoot ND cyber security issues;
Lead / support cyber security improvement and Life cycle projects;
Prepare documentation in support of audits and maintaining compliance of ND Sites in the area of the Corporate and/or NRC Cyber Regulations;
Perform and maintain departmental Self Assessments (SAs) summary descriptions, narratives, controls and governing documents;
Oversee annual Cyber Vulnerability Assessment (CVA) activities;
Act as a liaison with plant Cyber Security Manager(s) (CSMs) in the coordination of monthly Patch Management Assessment processes;
Act as a liaison with Nuclear Oversight & Support (NOS) organization for audit related activities.

Requirements:
Direct experience in Cyber Security (4 years);
Experience with application and implementation of NEI 08-09, NEI 13-10, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-82;
Experience with SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems;
Experience troubleshooting ND cyber security issues;
Experience troubleshooting Network Switches, Routers, IPS/IDS;
Knowledge of the latest standard practices for communication protocols and browser technologies;
Knowledge of third party data link protocols (Modbus, DNP, ABPLC), that interface to the DCS Control Systems;
Knowledge of Firewall Rules Security;
Knowledge and understanding of NRC / NEI regulatory standards and processes;
Nuclear Plant experience (preferred);
CISSP (preferred);
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical field.
