Willsmarg Technologies Looking for Senior CRM Developer in New York, NY.
The successful candidate will serve as a Senior CRM Developer for enterprise architecture reporting to the agency''s CRM Development Manager, BSD.

Responsibilities Include:
* Quickly understand the existing Dynamics CRM 365 Online and Dynamics CRM 2016 On-premise Applications and come up to speed
* Interact with Agencies and understand the requirements
* Technical design, develop, configure, and component test Dynamics CRM applications
* Critically analyze business requirements and functional design and propose alternate approaches where appropriate
* Work with other configurators, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and customization meet application requirements and performance goals
* Identify solutions to system performance and usability issues
* Work with other teams to validate defect fixes
* Recommend design modifications to improve system performance and usability
* Build integrations with COTS and other agency legacy systems
* Configure and develop according to approved application design documents and in accordance with the agency''s configuration, scripting, and development standards and processes
* Create and execute Unit Test scripts
* Participate in transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the QA and Support teams
* Participate in integration, system, and performance testing as needed

* Document and track resolution of system issues

* At least 10 years of hands-on CRM experience, which includes at least 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online or on-premise based Applications
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems in a large enterprise scale environment: Configuration and Customization; Workflow Development; business process flows; Development of Custom workflow activities; Extend UI experience using web resources and Java Scripts; Develop plug-ins for CRM applications; Schema/Entity Model Extension; Performance Tuning; Application Integration with Messaging Queues such as Azure Service Bus, IBM MQ, and Biz Talk; Experience creating Web Services, execute methods that insert, update, and delete data objects; and API Development and Integration
* Experience with any version control Tool like TFS and Jeera
* Exposure to Agile development methodology
* Experience with Reporting Tool like SSRS and Power BI
* Technical hands-on experience coding and providing technical design architecture for one or more of the following technologies: .Net programming with C# and/or VB.Net; JavaScript/HTML5 frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, etc; Relational databases Oracle and SQL Server; and working knowledge of XML, SQL
* Strong understanding of client/server architecture in on-premise, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Architectures

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with migrating projects from Siebel to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
