Senior Business System Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 Year

Amick Brown is seeking a Senior Business System Specialist for a Program Management Office in the defense sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Enterprise Business System portfolio programs
Assist in creation of policies, processes, and programs
Provide functional expertise in Finance, Procurement, Investment, and Portfolio Management
Assist in preparation and archival of IT system documentation
Create risk management documentation and Earned Value Management documentation
Support program reviews and milestone reviews
Provide support to the Program Management Office in preparation and update of schedules, constraints, estimates and Work Breakdown Structures
Support portfolio management tools and program reporting

Required Skills and Certifications:

Experience of at least 3 years of relevant experience
Must have active PMP Certification
Experience of working with DOD Investment Review Processes, Enterprise Transition Plan process
Familiarity with DOD IT Systems and the Sales & Operation Planning Process
Functional experience with ERP Systems like SAP
Business Process knowledge of Financial Accounting, Procurement, Investment
Experience with Portfolio Management
Experience with Project Planning, Risk Management, Estimation, WBS and EVM
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
Knowledge of SDLC processes and experience with IT project and system documentation
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with leadership
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
