Senior Business Systems Analyst (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Location: Clayton, MO

WORKDAY EXPERIENCE MUST

Responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning complex business processes and functionality

Education/Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of related experience. with ERP

Required:
Advanced knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, project management, and ERP application or systems development methodologies. RFP, contracting and new business implementation may be required. Strong configuration and design skills. Advanced SQL query and data analysis/reporting experience.

Workday Experience preferred in Benefits, Performance Management, or Compensation modules or interface development.
