JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Experience Qualifications
M1
Four (4) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements gathering and documentation sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications, at least one (1) year must be working on a health care project
M2
Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:
Traceability Matrix Documentation
Use Case Diagrams
GAP Analysis Documentation
Writing Test Cases
Business Requirements Documentation
M3
Two (2) years, within the last five (5) years, performing a lead role in planning, executing or coordinating testing technical assistance and knowledge transfer or in performing system implementation activities
M4
Two (2) years working on HIPAA X12 transactions, specifically 837 and/or 835 (detail transactions and level of experience with each one)
M5
Two (2) years of experience conducting JAD sessions
M6
Three (3) years of experience working in the health care information technology industry (e.g., project manager, business/technical/test analyst, health information specialist, clinician
Desirable Experience Qualifications
D1
One (1) years working on HIPAA X12 transactions, specifically 837, 835, 276, 277 and 999 (please detail transactions and level of experience with each one), including the preparation and maintenance of trading partner companion guides.
D2
At least one (1) year of planning, executing, facilitating and coordinating end user system testing, including communication and documentation of status/issues
D3
One year of experience in the practical application of Microsoft SharePoint
