Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+years of experience.
Strong Healthcare domain experience
Should be able to prepare documents related to ROI , provide solutions
Lead efforts for a project or program end to end
Effective thought leadership as needed
Worked in Agile Environments
Familiarity with PBM industry very helpful
Worked on large engagements in the capacity of BSA or BA
Serve as lead Business solutions architect
Needs to translate user vision into system changes and sees the changes thru the design and implementation
Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business and IT
Able to manage conceptual design by putting to use tools and methodologies available
ESI Director level interactions in the form of status reports, demos, technical debrief etc.,
Communicate project status and escalates issues as needed Will have quality assurance review responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
