Job Description:
6 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis
Should have worked as Business / System Analyst with P&C Insurance Domain
Should be expert in Claims Management and its reporting mainly. Must have experience in creating business requirement for reporting needs
Good exposure with Crystal, BI and Data Visualization tools
Should be well versed with claim information, claim status workflows, financial tracking and standard claims reporting along with the its financial aspects
Able to interpret the business needs and convert into potential designs of reports that can meet those needs
Should be able to perform in-depth and accurate research on new concepts
Expertise in interpreting research and apply it to existing business applications
Should have excellent presentation and walk through skills to present demos and feature walkthroughs to clients
Should act as liaison between business and product owners
Should have prior experience working with insurance products covering General Liability, Auto Liability and Property LOBs
Should have good analytical skills.
Excellent documentation skills to gather and document the business requirements
Good presentation skills to demonstrate the business requirements to the client
Create, analyse and validate functional specifications
Coordinate all phases of releases with all required teams and get involved in various sessions, business user testing, etc. and ensure that the release goes live in Production as planned
