Position: Senior Automation Test Engineer (2 positions)
Location: Charlotte, NC (local candidates only)
Duration: 6+ months


Job Description:
- Develop automated acceptance and unit test for the agile development team
- Work with Jenkins and CI tools to automate dev, build, deployment and testing
- Partner with business and development partners to create detailed test plans and validation strategies
- Supports adoption of agile and shift left practices and execute Agile BDD/TDD
- Execute continues integration test flow and communicate to project stakeholders
- Review and enhance gherkin test scenarios and test script, create and execute test script
- Contribute to efficient and effective program and system solutions in solving medium-complex business problems
- Ensure quality standards and principles are used throughout the development lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications:-
- Minimum 5 years of test automation skills using Selenium, Junit, and Jenkins or similar products and strong JAVA coding skills
- Ensure quality standards and principles are used throughout and development lifecycle
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing complex automation frameworks
- Hands on experience in Agile BDD/TDD
- Knowledge in API Modelling languages and annotations (YAML, Swagger, RAML)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and etc.
- Experience working with and writing Swagger definition
- Experience developing in agile & with CI tools like GitHub
- Develops system testing strategies, plans, cases and conditions
