IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Senior Architect1/SAR1 to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job.
Summary:
The Identity Access Management Deployment Specialist’s primary objective is to perform the full implement the identity and access management solution for the Client.
This role is responsible for the integration of the cloud hosted identity solution with on-prem authentication repositories.
Will also provide documentation and knowledge transfer on the implementation and successful operationalization of the IAM software platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance and Lead ServiceNow architecture, implementation of various modules in ServiceNow.
- Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting
- Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams to successfully implement and support the Enterprise Service Management platform.
- Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design
- Consults process owners with solution implementation
- Perform other duties as required
