Job Title: Senior ArcGIS Developer
Location: Memphis, TN

Descriptions:
Role- Senior ArcGIS Developer
General experience with migrating proprietary, non-relational database GIS to an open, enterprise GIS Solution preferred.
Experience with acquiring GIS grants is preferred. Experience within selecting and implementing a GIS is a must.
Knowledge:
1. A thorough knowledge of programming languages used with ESRI GIS software like Arcobjects .Net for VB and/ or Csharp.
2. A thorough knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Mobile along with ArcFM.
3. A thorough knowledge of how an Enterprise GIS can be fully integrated at a utility company.
4. A thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and trends of GIS technology and application.
5. Knowledge of Electric, Gas and Water data and network modeling utilizing Miner and Miner ArcFM.
6. Knowledge of cartographic mapping principles.
7. Knowledge of computer and network hardware and software.
8. Knowledge of database software, Oracle preferred.
9. Knowledge of survey principles and practice.
10. Knowledge of JTX Workflow Manager 9.3 or higher preferred
11. Knowledge of operation, function, and capabilities of client/server and web based technologies.
12. Knowledge of the functions and services provided by local governments and utility companies.
13. Knowledge of Python scripting a plus.
Ability to:
1. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
2. Develop GIS applications to support engineering and field crews.
3. Analyze, develop and implement geographic information systems.
4. Establish and implement goals and objectives on schedule and within budget.
5. Analyze and solve GIS system problems.
