Key Job Functions
Design, develop and implement technical solutions
Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by your Lead, to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget
Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
Able to perform break/fix and enhancement work request (WR) application development, maintenance, and production support
Tracking and reporting service levels for application development, maintenance, and production support
Able to do the root cause analysis on production issues reported by users
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents/problems and outages of production environments.
Respond promptly to incidents and escalate when appropriate.
Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on on-going basis
Desired Skill Set
3+ years in Appian
Experience with latest Appian versions, Ability to write complex Appian SAIL Code.
Have worked on one or more end to end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package)
5+ years of experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE/Eclipse/JBOSS/Apache)
Experience in banking domain Preferred
Appian BPM Certification, ACAD-2 Preferred
Experience in building frameworks. (Reference Apps/Plugins/Servlets using Appian API)
Sound Knowledge of Appian Architecture (Software and System Requirements, Appian Labs )
Solid fundamentals in languages such as Java and JavaScript, and integration technologies such as web services, ESB, JEE Application Servers - JBOSS, WebSphere, Web Servers - Apache, IIS
Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
Strong problem solving and design skills Appianspecific BPM development
Strong communication and presentation skills
