Selenium, UFT, TestComplete, DevOps (uBuild, Jenkins, Teamcity, BitBucket etc), ALM (HP, IBM etc), Build (Ant, Maven, Gradle etc), Source Repositories (Git, CVS, VSS, etc), Static (SonarQube etc), BDD/TDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow etc), Code Coverage (NCover etc)
Experience in architecting and implementing enterprise automation solutions
Lead the technical solution design and implementation of testing frameworks, test infrastructure and tools across a wide spectrum of automation tools and their integration with Application or test management, middleware or other tools
Testing assessment, baselining of existing automation levels and improve on testing maturity curve /service levels
Ability to collaborate with architects and technical resources at all levels of the organization to understand technology direction and solution design to effectively integrate testing process, techniques, and frameworks with the objective of increasing quality while reducing manual test efforts
Ability to lead and drive org level initiatives, interface with cross functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to get management buy-in on ideas and concepts.
Tireless advocate for improvement and increased effectiveness – rolling out best practices, mentoring and training programs, adoption of newer technology/solutions
Creates plans, work estimates and provides required skills assessment for key initiatives
Responsible for cross team testing activities. Management and coordination of end-to-end testing and regression activities and ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Provides technical leadership for advancing testing capabilities through the design, development and implementation of processes, standards, frameworks, techniques, tools and test architecture
Implements testing techniques that effectively validate go-forward business process and technology stacks as early in the development/test cycle as possible
Mitigate risk of low technical test quality test design and architecture in new and existing projects, prevent escalations
