There is of course a base-line of skills that we need and you should be able to demonstrate skills in the following:
Web UI Experience (Struts, Javascript, JSP, JQuery, Spring MVC)
JavaScript/JQuery
J2EE
SQL
Version Control (SVN and/or GIT)
Eclipse or IntelliJ
Java build experience – Maven, ANT
Interpersonal and stakeholder skills are required.
