The contractor will support the client’s Office of Hardware Engineering (OHE), working on a team tasked with providing engineering support and consulting services to deploy an OpenStack based private cloud suite. This role will provide security preparation, engineering, and documentation support to the team. Team Size 10, Education Level, Bachelor’s Degree + 8 Years of related experience. Public Trust Clearance (required prior to start Work location Woodlawn, Maryland.
Technical Skills Required
?Mandatory Preparing Cloud Security Assessments and Documentation 4+ Years
?Experience creating technical security architecture design documentation and standard operating procedures. 3+Years
?Experience security hardening in RHEL, vulnerability scanning using Nessus and penetration testing. 3+Years
?Experience analyzing malware, Advanced Persistent Threats, security breaches. 3+Years
?Red Hat Linux Enterprise 6/7 Proficient
The contractor will provide security preparation, engineering, and documentation to the On-Prem Cloud Support Team. Responsibilities will include:
Provide support for OpenStack security preparation
Perform vulnerability scanning risk analysis and coordinated technical remediation activities
