Position Title : Security Engineer
Location : Farmington, CT
Duration : one year plus
GC and USC only
The two software packages that are being used (and require experience in at least one of these, both preferred) are:

Ability to follow up on security events, reports, and perform investigations and determine root cause
Ability to understand key security controls and how they factor into assessing overall security risk
Understanding of log source parsing needs and methods
Development of correlation rules based on identified requirements
Assist with reconnaissance activities on red team engagements
Prepare detailed plan of attack with contingencies
Write reports detailing findings and recommendations
