The eDiscovery Analyst reports to the Manager of eDiscovery and Forensics team, and is a member of a larger Security Engineering and Operations (SecOps) organization that designs, deploys and operates security tools. The Analyst will be responsible for servicing daily eDiscovery requests from our internal legal, Corporate Security, and IT teams including the collection, preservation, analysis and delivery of requested data.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Daily use and administration of EnCase, Office 365 (including Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Security and Compliance Center),Symantec DLP, and Carbon Black.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
?Proven knowledge and competence using OpenText eDiscovery (ECC
?Proven knowledge and competence using OpenText EnCase Basic(v7-v8
?Familiar with Powershell.
?Familiar with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle, etc.
Experience Requirements:
?1+ year experience performing eDiscovery collections, preservations, analysis and delivery of data sources using OpenText (formerly Guidance) eDiscovery and EnCase.
Knowledge & Skill
Requirements:
?Current EnCEP (EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner) Certification.
?Proven experience with eDiscovery and Forensics standards and procedures.
?Strong written and verbal communication skills.
