JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prefer candidates that can work in Nashville, TN, Alpharetta, GA, King of Prussia, PA, Newton, MA, or Norwalk, CT. We would consider remote work for the right candidate, East Coast preferred.
The Customer Assurance Security Analyst is a contract position that will support two primary area’s within the Change HealthCare Software and Analytics Business Unit.
The first area will be assisting with Customer Information Security Requests, this may include:
Filling out Request for Proposal or Request for Information documentation on a product or service
Working with Technical SME’s in answering current customer requests for documentation
Managing the processes of gathering, documenting and updating Information Security controls for our products and services
The second area will be assisting with Information Security Assessments, this may include:
Functioning as a project member during audits or assessments
Managing the process of gathering, documenting, and updating Information Security controls for our products and services
Working with Technical SME’s during the remediation activities to ensure gaps or deficiencies are identified and remediated
Providing consulting and tracking remediation activities to completion
Experience:
We are looking for a mid to senior level Information Security Analyst.
We are looking for someone with broad knowledge across the OSI stack from Physical to Application.
This individual will need to have consulting experience (internal or external) ensuring a positive experience as the role will be working with SME’s across the technical landscape to achieve remediation or for the purposes of gathering information for a RFP/RFI request.
This person should be highly organized and capable of quickly making intuitive leaps to gather required information. Past auditing and technical writing would be a big plus for this role.

CISSP, HCISPP, GSEC, CISM
4 year degree in Information Technology
