Job Description

Operational support (i.e. - incident ticket handling, monitoring/maintenance of existing environment) but will also be work on some projects/tasks associated with each technology:

Pulse/Great Bay Support Contractor

* The work that the candidate will accomplish is ongoing Pulse Team activities including monitoring of the Pulse environment, incident ticket handling, projects and maintenance of the system.

TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Windows OS Support (7, 10)
2. Network skills knowledge (DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP 3. Antivirus skills for the SEP contractor and 802.1x knowledge for the Pulse/Great Bay contractor

Monitoring/Maint. of SEP/Pulse application environment, ticket handling, operational support of SEP/Pulse, project work.
Pulse/Great Bay support - (802.1x/NAC), Windows support (workstation & server)
Antivirus/802.1x experience, Windows, NAC experience, DNS/DHCP, Active directory experience.
Notes :
. Pulse/Great Bay Support (MUST be on site)
- Beacon Product Suite is the software from Great Bay that they use (sponsors and profiles devices)
- Pulse (installed on client/device to authenticate)
- both apps work together
- Beacon is more for printers and other peripheral devices but it authenticates and trust network devices that end point users own
- 2 people recently left this team, 1 left across the whole US, and 1 in India (will be growing this team offshore as well)
- Project is to replace Pulse and Great Bay devices, swap and install. They need to be installed in the few Minnesota Data center locations
- Does not require Pulse/GB experience, because similar and more common would be CISCO ISE
- MUST have 802.1x and NAC experience
