Anticipate dependencies across sprints and ensure smooth interfacing
Participate in governance of the Program
Makes sure of capturing all the requirements into user stories
Responsible to ensure that project team completes the project on time
Prepare Project plan, track the progress and publish the reports
Requirement Gathering & Business Documentation.
Assist in onshore-offshore requirement clarity
Track project metrics, ensuring the quality delivery within the accepted cost
Accountable for Risk Management, Communication Management and Stakeholder Management
Owner of Scrum process.
Helps resolve impediments as First level of escalation
