Job Description:

SAFe experience and certification is preferable for SM position . CSM required . PMP preferred but not required . 10+ years of experience as Scrum Master . Agile experience . Experience managing large projects (budgets over $500k, preferably over $1M) . Experience managing complex projects and/or programs involving multiple systems and stakeholders . Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning and sprint reviews . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong leadership & problem solving skills .Ability to work in a workflow tool such as JIRA • Ability to produce reports to support the role of scrum master and management insights • Experience working w/Kanban as well as Scrum.
