Provide strong leadership in galvanizing teams to embrace a singular vision and oneness of purpose; respected for making staff training and mentoring a high priority.
Consistently embed the voice of the customer in the value proposition process; interact closely with customers to make frequent site visits and establish and maintain a complaint database; well-versed in eCRM.
Robust history in delivering sophisticated products to be on-time and within schedule despite shifting priorities,demanding expectations, and stringent deadlines.
Proven capacity to clearly and effectively communicate to audiences from a variety of cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds oftentimes making complicated terms readily understood by all; instruct teams on the use of Scrum and SAFe.
Certification: ITIL Foundation, Agile Coach, Scaled Scrum, Scrum Master, Agile Master,Six Sigma Black Belt.
