Job Description :
Position: Scrum Master
Location: Dallas, TX - Prefer locals
Duration: 12 months contract
Responsibilities:
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and demos
Protect scrum team and maintain focus on backlog and sprint timeline
Improve transparency within the team and broader organization
Track and remove team''s impediments.
Inspire creative solutions that eliminate waste and improve team throughput.
Guide the team and broader organization on how to use Agile principles and values
Act as a leader to the scrum team
Track & assess team''s performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Qualifications:
3+ years in role as Scrum Master
Extensive experience leading scrum teams in the design and development of enterprise scale applications utilizing agile techniques
Demonstrated experience leading sprint planning in conjunction with the product owner
Extensive experience running standups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
Proven ability to drive continuous improvements among the team while increasing velocity of delivery
