Role: Scrum Technology Lead
Work Location & Reporting Address: Plano, TX
Contract duration (in months): 6-12
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)
1. At least 8+ years of experience as Scrum Master or equivalent position with in-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
2. Must have requisite certifications, CSM and CSPO preferred.
3. Experience with Scrum, Kanban etc. processes and associated tools (Confluence, Jira etc
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Must have worked in large transformational projects where methodologies were changed (waterfall to agile etc
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
