Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master you will lead a development team and development partners through a well-defined customized software development life cycle process.
This will include processing definition, Agile Scrum based software development methodology (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings) along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking.
This position also defines the metrics to be used to track Agile process improvement.
Candidate will actively contribute during multiple SDLC phases and be willing to grow to engineering.

Jira, SQL, ITSM, SharePoint, Confluence
Preferred Skills/Experience:
ETL, BI reporting
Agile methodology and framework, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, effective in impediments removal, excellent oral and written communication skills
