Position Details:
Job title : Scrum Master
Location : San Jose, CA
Duration : 12 months
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Agile scrums effectively
Plan, Schedule and execute all the scrum ceremonies
Work with team to removal of impediments within time to ensure MVP (minimal viable product) in every scrum.
Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-PMP certification and strong agile required.
5+ years of experience in Software application development
3+ years of experience of working as a Scrum Master.
Exposure to execute scrum of scrum is a plus.
Should be flexible to work in onsite offshore model
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
