Essential Skills
Certified (Scaled) Scrum Master
3 + years of recent experience
Scrummed at least two teams concurrently
A person who subscribes to servant (or back of the room) leadership
Scaled Experience 4.0 (4.5 would be a plus)
Worked with newly formed teams who possess little to no formal Agile experience
Experience with JIRA (at least 1 year)
Experience preparing for and successfully participating within a PI Planning events
