Job Description :
Position: Scrum Master
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: Full Time
Required Skills:
The Scrum Master will be required to facilitate the delivery of software with an Agile mindset for the following responsibilities:
Coach and mentor the team through servant leadership to increase team collaboration to achieve business goals on tight timelines.
Remain flexible and navigate business changes and priorities.
Demonstrate adaptability to untraditional processes and maintain a positive, proactive team environment.
Removes impediments to ensure team success.
Inspects the project, roles & processes with the intent to increase productivity that drives business value.
Removes barriers and shields the team from external interference.
Helps evolve the backlog with business analyst and product owners.
Dependency management across teams including external vendors.
Liaison to our stakeholders through iteration reporting, project status reporting, collaboration with the business within and outside of team.
Enables close collaboration across all roles and functions and across teams.
A high level of technical expertise and understanding of SDLC. Understanding areas of application development, database, infrastructure, and client server architectures is not required but preferred. Understand and coach the importance of automated testing, efficient story writing and acceptance test-driven development. Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks a plus.
