Job Title* Scrum Master
Location* Mason, OH
Duration* 6 - 9 months
Job Description*

Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only)

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

2. Experience of playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 year for a software development team

3. Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1. SAFe Agilist

2. Healthcare prior experience

Team Information: Onsite and Offshore

Desired years of experience : 8+

Education/ Certifications (Required) : Graduate and Certified Scrum Master

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Must facilitate and participate in the Scrum ceremonies

2. Should be able to support team in development of approved PBIs by helping remove impediments Responsible to track all impediments to closure

3. Must be able to generate required reports and metrics data
