Title: SAP Scrum Master (Kanban Facilitator)
Location: Houston, TX
OIL and GAS experience.
The organization recently started its Agile Transformation and is looking for experienced Scrum and Kanban practitioner in Houston to work as Scrum Master (SM) or Kanban Facilitator (KF) and teach/coach team members on Agile mindset and practices.
Primary Job Functions:
Perform the duties of a Scrum Master and/or Kanban Facilitator. Spend time with the team / team leadership to understand their needs, problems and wants
Coach / Train team(s) on Agile concepts to enhance their knowledge and performance
Help the team(s) set up tooling to track their work (perform tracking and teach others)
Help the team(s) collect & understand team / program level metrics (perform metrics tracking and teach others)
Support the team(s) as they go through their Agile transformation
Job Requirements:
Required Experiences:
3+ Years Scrum Master and/or Kanban Facilitator Experience

Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation: User Stories and Requirements Gathering, Estimation of User Stories, Prioritization, Product Owners, Agile Metrics, Team Kick-Off, etc
Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum and Kanban as a team framework
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Work Planning
Knowledge and experience with Agile.
